I have found the ChordTime or Level 2B collection of books from Randall and Nancy Faber to be a popular resource that quickly develops students' keyboard choreography. The wide selection offers something for elementary age through adult, and the element of fun make these recognisable pieces practically beg to be played.The Jewish Favorites will expand students past the three basic major keys & triads used in most of the other ChordTime books because many of the pieces use minor tonality. The book includes Hebrew text as well as English. There is a list and short explanation of Jewish holidays. Best of all, many of these melodies are very catchy so students play them often.
